SHIPPING

We ship all MOST of our orders within 1-2 business days (except for items that are marked backordered or pre-orders/lead time as indicated).

You can expect your shipment to arrive in a non-descript white or brown box USPS Priority mail rectangular box or UPS ground.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase, in new condition, and we will refund your money less actual shipping charges. If we messed up, we'll eat the shipping charges both ways.

Exchanges are even easier. Just return it at your expense and we'll ship to at our expense.
