Have a unique pattern you want us to make?  We can cut and finish level IIIa soft armor for your unique application.

Perhaps you bought a carrier like the British Osprey MKIII Carrier and you want the actual IIIa inserts for it. Or maybe you need to refresh your police-issue vest.

Or maybe you have a backpack and want an armor panel that will fit it perfectly.  Have an idea to sew armor into a concealed jacket, vest, or shorts?  Maybe a bullet-proof jockstrap?  Kevlar inserts for your plate carrier's cummerbund? Possibilites are endless.

All products will be finished with a waterproof black covering.  We will send you the ballistic report V0 and V50 with the product; rated up to 1,400 fps w/ 44mag.  Aramid (Kevlar) material is 100% made in the USA and is sewn in-house by an Infidel for you!

How it works:

1. Make a template using 2-ply cardboard and write your contact information on it.
2. Mail the template to us with a non-refundable set-up fee $25 (or prepay online now). 
3. We will e-mail or call you with the price (estimated @ $150/sqft) depending on layout and waste.
4. Upon approval and payment, we will manufacture the piece and mail it to you within 2 weeks.

We do not have any templates or patterns.  You must provide the template for your application.

Ballistic material will stop approximately .25" to .5" from the edge in order for the covering to make a complete water-tight seam. For example, you send us template that is 1 square foot, we will send you a finished product that is 1 square foot, but the actual ballistic material will only be 11.75" x11.75". Overall thickness will be approximately 1/4" and weighs 1.6 pounds per square foot. 

Purchased custom items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. We 100% guarantee that our finished product will be the exact same size as what you send us.  We cannot be responsible for your cutting/measuring errors.
